I'm a writer living in the middle of Maine with two big dogs, a long-suffering wife, a couple of cats, a muppet and not nearly enough books to keep the insanity away from the edges during winter. In my time I've been a telemarketer. ran a gas station, unloaded semis, worked in a silk flower factory, managed a drug store, worked in an independent music store and was a film projectionist.
